“Fool Me Once” arrived on Netflix on New Year's Day and quickly became the first big hit of 2024. The Harlan Coben adaptation spent eight weeks in the global top 10, and is currently at #8 on Netflix's list of most popular TV shows (as of November 3).

Netflix did not waste its huge success, commissioning a new Harlan Coben show just weeks after “Fool Me Once” arrived... And now one of its follow-up series has a release date...

According to an announcement shared by Netflix UK on X, Harlan Coben's “Missing You” will be available on January 1, 2025.

In short, you'll want to cancel your New Year's Day plans because, as Netflix puts it, “your New Year's plans just got hotter.” You can't possibly meet up with family and friends when you're preoccupied with a new thriller, can you?

“Missing You” is another suspense novel written by Harlan Coben. This 2014 New York Times bestseller follows missing persons detective Cat Donovan (played by Rosalind Eleazar of Slow Horse).

In the original novel, Cat was an NYPD detective, but the “Missing You” TV show once again takes place in the UK, where a new mystery unfolds.
