"Spin your wheels"

Hello, Strands fans! Today's puzzle was considerably easier than yesterday's I got the ball rolling with CHAIN in the upper right corner, and the "spin your wheels" theme immediately made me think of bicycles
Now I knew it was about cycling, so I searched for a compatible spangram Sure enough, the word BICYCLE was spelled across the middle of the board from left to right
The board was now neatly divided into two halves, and finding the remaining words in the top half was a simple matter: BRAKE and FENDER
Moving on to the lower section, we had to find four words: SADDLE was written down from the edge of the spangram and fell first; KICKSTAND started just below it and snaked backwards across the board; and KICKSTAND was written in the middle of the spangram and fell first
That left two isolated sets of letters containing the final answer: the FRAME at the top and the PEDAL at the bottom right
