Hello, Strand fans It's a moderately tricky problem until the first word gets on the board, but after that it's smooth sailing; the fact that there are two Z's instead of just one is particularly intriguing
Initially, I thought "Pour it on" referred to something like wine (which I was relieved it didn't, since I know nothing about wine) or breakfast cereal But when I spotted SRIRACHA in the upper right corner, I quickly realized it was a condiment, one of my favorite topics!
In fact, I found the spangram "CONDIMENT" shortly thereafter, but then nothing went wrong; TZATZIKI was the cause of those two Z's, leaving only MAYO as the word on the right
Filling in the left side was easy: KETCHUP came first, then AIOLI; it didn't take long to figure out that MUDSRAT was an anagram of MUSTARD and complete the puzzle
