Update: A review of the OnePlus 9 Pro and a review of the OnePlus 9 are now available See how both models compare
The OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro go on sale tomorrow (March 23), but specs for both phones have already leaked online And it's T-Mobile's fault
Of course, this often happens around the time of a big phone launch, and it happens to much larger companies than OnePlus The page in question has now been removed, but the leaker, Evan Blass, has a screenshot he posted on Twitter
Both models will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 processor, with a 4,500 mAH battery, 8/12GB of RAM, and 128/256GB of storage As usual, there is no 35mm headphone jack and microSD card slot; the OnePlus 9 will feature a 655-inch Full HD display, while the OnePlus 9 Pro will have a 67-inch QHD display
Not mentioned in the Blass screenshot are the camera specs for the OnePlus 9, which are part of the leaked information Both models will have a 16MP front camera, plus a 48MP lens, a 50MP lens, and a rear camera with a 2MP lens; the OnePlus 9 Pro will have an additional 8MP lens, which is rumored to be an optical telephoto lens
This is slightly different from past rumors that claimed both models would have 48MP main and ultra-wide camera lenses So which is the ultra-wide? It is not entirely clear right now, and some surprises may have to wait until the presentation
Interestingly, T-Mobile actually got something wrong These pages claim that the OnePlus 9 Pro's display will support 16 million colors, contrary to what OnePlus has already said The company confirmed that the 9 Pro will feature a new 10-bit panel that supports 1 billion colors The difference between these two numbers is "quite significant"
The leaked information also does not mention other specs we have already heard about For example, the 120Hz dynamic refresh rate, 65W fast charging, 50W wireless charging for the OnePlus 9 Pro, and the cheaper OnePlus 9R However, since the 9R is expected to launch only in India, it is understandable that T-Mobile may not have information to accidentally leak
There is still some time before the OnePlus 9 launch event But leak or no leak, stay tuned to Tom's Guide
