[There are several notable exclusives coming to PS5, including "God of War: Ragnarok," "Horizon Forbidden West," and "Gran Turismo 7 Granted, we have not heard much about them recently Sony also hasn't announced any new PS5 exclusives in recent months However, Sony has announced the PlayStation Showcase 2021, which will take place today, Thursday, September 9, at 4 pm ET

The news comes directly from the official PlayStation Blog and is quite simple Sony will be holding a PS5 game showcase later today to provide updates on existing titles as well as announce several new ones

"The showcase will last approximately 40 minutes and will include updates from PlayStation Studios and some of the industry's most imaginative developers on games coming out this holiday season and beyond," the post explains
