ExpressVPN has adopted kpmg LLP to complete a security audit and, as of 2023-12-12, confirmed that the claims described in the VPN company's TrustedServer service and privacy policy are correct
During the audit, Kpmg tested the description, design, and implementation of control of ExpressVPN's TrustedServer service During this process, it was determined that the integrity of ExpressVPN's TrustedServer architecture platform prevented the collection of user logs
The audit found no problems with testing control, including ExpressVPN's protection against customer data records
