Need a little help with the NYT Strand today, a rather nifty theme in the NYT that marched off in the wrong direction after my first word fell under a completely different definition of "line"

Hello Strands fans, we salute the NYT puzzle setters, and we hope you enjoy our newest puzzle It is no coincidence that the theme is "What's my line?" - CLOWNFISH as the first choice has two different meanings

CLOWNFISH is the word at the top of the list, which is exactly what I did And my immediate thought was that "line" meant fishing line, so I went looking for other kinds of fish to catch

It was only when I spotted a skunk nearby that I realized that "line" referred to the stripes on the clownfish and not the fishing line!

So I quickly found STRIPED as a spangram

BUMBLEBEE finished the top segment nicely, and I realized the stray "Z" was for ZEBRA; CHIPMUNK was spelled neatly below it, and all that was left was to spell TIGER backwards from REGIT to complete the puzzle
