Hello, Strand fans Unlike yesterday, this was due to an ambiguous clue and not due to my unfamiliarity with the word!
My first thought when I saw "Call me?" was that this was about communication or dating I scouted for "phone call" and "Valentine's Day" but couldn't find any at all, so I ended up having to use hints
Once the QUEEN was revealed, it hit me and I immediately knew the spangram: TITLES after that, I just had to eliminate them one by one (although I did get caught for a moment by the spelling of SENOR in the lower right corner!)
I found SENATOR to the right of QUEEN, then PROFESSOR to complete the bottom half of the puzzle
Moving on to the top half, the DOCTOR immediately jumped out at me, but the last two took a little longer; I took a few wrong turns with REVEREND, but eventually got there, and all that was left was to decipher the last 7-letter anagram: LRAIDAM
Finally I reached ADMIRAL and finished the puzzle
