Naturally, we expect the Galaxy S25 to repeatedly make the improvements necessary to maintain its position as the best Android phone Also, given how well the Galaxy AI features on the Galaxy S24 have been implemented, it is almost certain that Samsung will follow up with more attractive features with artificial intelligence on the Galaxy S25

Leaks are slowly emerging that give us clues and ideas of what to expect from the Galaxy S25 Below is everything we know so far about the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra

Historically speaking, Samsung traditionally announces its flagship series early in the year, usually in January or February The Galaxy S24 was announced at Galaxy Unpacked on January 17, 2024 and launched on January 31, 2024 Given this, it is likely that the Galaxy S25 will be announced and released closer to these anniversaries in 2025

Samsung actually announced the Galaxy S24 a week earlier than the previous Galaxy S23 If this happens, it could conflict with other announcements at the 2025 CES

The Galaxy S25 pricing is not expected to change significantly Samsung launched the Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra for $799, $999, and $1,299, respectively, but only the S24 Ultra saw a price increase from the previous year The Galaxy S25 should maintain its current pricing structure, but the only change that could be seen would be if one of its rivals, namely Apple, raises the price of the iPhone 16 later in the fall

As for the display, Samsung detailed that all three versions of the Galaxy S24 will offer a 2,600-nit display However, none of them fell short of that claim in our own benchmark tests But that won't stop the company from improving this particular feature in the Galaxy S25

More importantly, however, Samsung cannot afford to have another display problem like the Galaxy S24's Mura effect, which causes fogging when the display's brightness is set low We tested this on the Galaxy S25 Plus and S25 Ultra and confirmed that the Mura effect occurs on both models

We have seen a noticeable difference in zoom tests between the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the Galaxy S23 Ultra, so Samsung needs to redeem itself with the Galaxy S25 Ultra So far, early rumors paint a fascinating picture - it will reportedly feature an upgraded main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera (up from the S24 Ultra's 12MP), and a new telephoto camera with "variable capabilities"

And finally, Samsung will also need to upgrade the wireless charging speeds of the Galaxy S25 line, as the OnePlus 12 touts a whopping 50W wireless charging speed, so the upgrade is long overdue at this point

After introducing a handful of Galaxy AI features with the S24, Samsung will have to come up with more for the Galaxy S25 We tested many of the Galaxy AI features, such as instant slow motion, generative editing, and voice recorder summary, and many of them proved to have practical uses Others, however, are still in the fine line of novelty or not

There are no leaks on what new Galaxy AI features will be introduced in the Galaxy S25 The question on everyone's mind, however, is how long they will remain exclusive to the Galaxy S25 or will they be carried over to older models This is because many of the Galaxy AI features that were once exclusive to the Galaxy S24 will also be available on older Samsung phones through software upgrades

Samsung is taking on a big challenge with the Galaxy S25 This is because when you take the Galaxy S24's processing performance and battery life out of the equation, the improvement is marginal at best The importance of the Galaxy S25's larger upgrades in camera and charging speed is even greater
